The Flower & Herb Collective
Join the Flower & Herb Collective, a committee within Growing Together that focuses on flowers and herbs from seed to harvest. This committee helps organize plantings and hands-on opportunities to learn how to grow, harvest, and use flowers and herbs in everyday life. Members can learn how to build bouquets and collect herbs for cooking, teas or even starting their own home medicinal apothecary.
Flowers and herbs are available through the market, and garden members also have access throughout the growing season. Join this group to stay connected with flower and herb initiatives, special projects, seasonal gatherings, and creative ways to bring beauty, wellness, and community into everyday life.

Tomato Seed Savers Club
Join the Tomato Seed Savers Club (TSSC), a community group within Growing Together focused on preserving heirloom tomato varieties and teaching others how to grow tomatoes from seed to harvest. The club currently maintains a seed bank of over 350 varieties and meets Tuesdays from 8–10 AM at The Gathering, 3910 25th Street South in Fargo.
Members learn hands-on skills including pruning, seed saving, transplanting, harvesting, and tomato processing. Co-founder Jack Wood leads educational opportunities throughout the season, helping members learn how to grow healthier plants and larger harvests. The benefits of joining include access to seeds from the Tomato Seed Bank, seasonal tomato harvests, plant giveaways, special tomato trials, and community events.
The club was co-founded by Jack Wood and Danny Goehring and continues to grow in honor of Danny and their shared passion for tomatoes, preservation, and community connection.
